Coming from humble beginnings, I felt the pressure to succeed in a way that made my parents proud. So I climbed the corporate ladder quickly — a high salary, and a life that looked successful on paper.
But behind the scenes, I was burned out and unfulfilled. I felt guilty for not loving the life I had worked so hard for.
While studying Neuroscience of Leadership, I started coaching on the side — and it lit me up in a way nothing else did. Still, I wrestled with the fear of walking away from the “safe” path.
Eventually, I asked myself: Is this the life that truly honours my parents’ sacrifice? The answer was no — because I wasn’t happy.
That’s when everything shifted. I chose to follow what felt aligned.
Now, I help leaders do the same: lead with purpose, live in alignment, and create success that actually feels good.
